As a fellow
Magic Key pass holder, I’m sorry to hear you wish to cancel your Magic Key. Since obtaining my Magic Key, I have loved setting up multiple park reservations and getting presale tickets for
special events in the parks! However, I understand life happens, and am happy to help provide some more information on how to cancel a Magic Key.
According to the
Magic Key Terms & Conditions, Magic Keys are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you have already activated your Magic Key (either through parking or park admission), the best thing would be to simply let your pass expire and not renew it. If you have further questions, I recommend speaking with a friendly Cast Member on the
Magic Key Holders line, just in case they can make an exception for your case. The Cast Members are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (hours subject to change).
