I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel your
Florida Resident annual pass, and I suspect it is a sad decision for you as well. Because of the extraordinary circumstances we're living in right now, Walt Disney World is offering annual passholders a one-month extension on our passes, free of charge, in recognition that the
Disney Park Pass reservation system has changed the way many of us use our passes.
If you still feel it is right for you and your family to cancel your passes, you may do so and receive a refund in lieu of the extra month. You have until August 11, 2020, to decide. If you are on the monthly payment plan and cancel, your payments will end after August 12 and you will receive a refund for any payments made between July 11 and August 11.
You should have received an email in the last couple of days with a personalized link that will allow you to cancel. If you can't find that email, you can also call V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at 407-939-7277 for assistance. Please note that
Walt Disney World is expecting heavy call volume in the coming days so you may experience longer than normal wait times.
