    how do i cancel a dinner reservation

    A very warm welcome to planDisney! 

    I know that plans change, but lucky for you it’s a pretty simple process to cancel or modify a Walt Disney World Resort dining reservation. Simply cancel your dining reservation online or through the My Disney Experience App. Make sure you cancel with plenty of time so that you are not charged the per-person cancellation fee. Each restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort maintains its own cancellation policy so please refer to the cancellation policy provided at the time of your booking and in your email confirmation for details on the designated cancellation period. For additional assistance, please call (407) 824-1391. 

    If you decide you’d like to make a new reservation, you may do so up to 60 days in advance online or by calling 407- 939- DINE (407-939-3463).
