Hi Jane,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a question about dining reservations. I love the wide variety of dining options at
Walt Disney World - it’s amazing how many unique and unforgettable dining experiences are available!
Plans can change during a Disney vacation, and sometimes dining reservations need to be adjusted. Most restaurants allow Guests to modify or cancel reservations up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. However, if a cancellation is made less than 2 hours prior, or if there’s a no-show, a fee of $10 per person on the reservation may apply (subject to change). To avoid surprises, it’s always a good idea to review the policies outlined in your reservation confirmation email.
There are a few restaurants that require cancellations earlier and/or have a higher fee:
- Cinderella's Roya Table
- Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
- Sangria University
- La Cava Experience
- Monsieur Paul
- Victoria & Albert's
- Takumi-Tei
- Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Seats & Sweet and both Pre-Party and Post-Party
- Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package
- Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package
To modify or cancel an existing dining reservation, you can log in to your MyDisney account on the website or go through the My Disney Experience app. If using the app, click on the menu icon (≡) at the bottom right and click on "Future Plans". Find the reservation you'd like to modify or cancel and click on the action you'd like to take.
I hope you can secure the dining reservations you’re hoping for and that the final pieces of your planning are coming together seamlessly! If you have any other planning questions, please visit planDisney again - we'd love to help!
Enjoy making magical memories,
Candace
