How do I cancel dining reservations I made on the app? When you click cancel on the app it tells you, you need to call Disney dining. When you call Disney dining it there’s a recording saying it’s closed and you need to cancel in the app.

Hi there Alicia, and welcome to planDisney. It's great to see you hEAR, and I'm happy to assist you today.

It sounds like you've been aboard the wildest ride in the wilderness trying to take care of your dining reservation. I'll try to reign you in! To cancel, make sure you are logged into your Disney account on the Disneyland Resort home page. I recommend using the web version since you were unsuccessful on the Disneyland Mobile App

From the My Disneyland dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner of the page, select "My Dining And Activity Reservations." Here you should see a list of reservations you currently hold. Find the one you would like to cancel and click on "Cancel Reservation," which should appear to the right. You'll then be asked to finalize the cancelation and moments later an e-mail will appear in your inbox acknowledging the change. I just went through the steps myself, so I can confirm they work!

I hope this helps you get everything in order, Alicia. Although you won't be dining with us this time, prepare your taste buds and tummy for all the deliciousness on the way when Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park welcome Guests back home at the end of the month. Check out this recent article from the Disney Parks Blog with details about what favorite items will be available upon reopening. Good news! Churros, corn dogs, and DOLE Whip® will be part of our world. Thanks for coming to visit us at planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
