Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question about your Advanced Dining Reservation. I am so sorry to see that you won't be able to enjoy your reservation, hopefully you will be able to head back to Walt Disney World Resort and enjoy a delicious meal in the near future.
Guests are able to cancel
Advanced Dining Reservations either online in
My Disney Experience or by using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App as long as it is within the cancelation period without penalty. To cancel your existing Advanced Dining Reservation, sign into your My Disney Experience Account on the
Walt Disney World Resort Website and select "My Plans". From there, scroll down to your Reservation in Daily Plans and on the right there should be two buttons, one that says "Change Reservation" and another that says "Cancel Reservation". Click on "Cancel Reservation" and follow the prompts. You will receive an email confirmation once your Reservation is canceled, and it should no longer be available in My Disney Experience.
Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, scroll down and select "My Plans". Next, keep scrolling until you find your Advanced Dining Reservation and then select the reservation. Your Reservation details should pop up and there will be a button to "Cancel". Again, follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. If you are past the cancelation window, you will no longer have the option to cancel, you will need to call the
Dining Reservations phone number and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist with your reservation.
