Hi there, Joshline!
Welcome to my favorite magical corner of the internet, planDisney! Here, we're always happy to help fellow Disney fans finalize their pixie-dusted plans, even if that means reluctantly cancelling a vacation.
Fortunately, Mickey is a gracious host who understands that life happens, so Guests who book directly through Disneyland Paris are able to take advantage of its Flexible Booking Policy. If you
purchased your ticket using the Disneyland Paris website or the Disneyland Paris mobile app, it is eligible for a full refund if cancelled up to 3 days in advance, which can be done by visiting 'My Bookings' when logged into your Disneyland Paris account. If you don't see the option to cancel your ticket there, you'll want to refer to your booking confirmation for additional details. Now, if you made your purchase through a third-party ticketing or travel agency, you'll need to reach out to them directly and inquire about your options, as they often vary by company.
I recently had to cancel my own Walt Disney World vacation, so I understand how disappointing it can be to see those magical plans disappear. In my experience, the
spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine of cancellation go down is booking another visit as soon as possible, and with
Disney Enchanted Christmas lasting until January 6, there's plenty of time to savor the season.
Once you're ready to head back into the magic, I hope you'll stop back by
planDisney. We're always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
