Can you cancel a cruise reservation and get a refund

    Hi Patricia!

Thanks for bringing your question regarding the cancellation of a Disney Cruise Line cruise to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's always sad to hear when guests need to cancel their cruises. Let me try to help you as much as possible with finding the answer to your question.

There are many factors that go into determining any fees associated with canceling a Disney Cruise. Some factors include your stateroom category, the number of days prior to your sail date of the cancellation, whether it is a standard sailing or holiday sailing and the length of cruise. It would be best if you referred to the Cancellation/Refunds section located in the Terms and Conditions for Residents of the United States on the Disney Cruise Line's website. If you have any specific questions regarding canceling a cruise, I'd also suggest calling the Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and getting in touch with a Disney Cruise Line agent who can further assist you.

I hope this helped you find the answer you were looking for!
