How do I cancel my cruise

    Hi Israel!

While I hope you won't have a need to cancel an upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation, I'm certainly happy to help answer your question about cancellation policies.

Cancellations of a Disney Cruise Line vacation can be made by telephone (call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532) or in writing. All available refunds would be made to the credit card used to book the cruise, or through the Guest's Travel Agent, if one was used. Depending on your sail date, itinerary, and type of stateroom reservation, deposits can be refunded if the cancellation is prior to your paid-in-full date. If the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan was purchased, you should be able to obtain a refund after your paid-in-full date. I always suggest purchasing the travel insurance. I've learned that sometimes things happen that are out of our control, and travel insurance gives us peace of mind as we await our vacation.

I encourage you to read the Cancellations/Refund Policy in the Terms and Conditions section of the Disney Cruise Line website, to see if any Cancellation Fees would apply to your particular sailing.

I really hope you won't have to cancel your Disney Cruise Line vacation, and that this information won't be necessary. Sending pixie-dusted wishes your way that you'll soon be sailing with Captain Mickey! - Diane W.
