How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Hi there, Lynne! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question. I’m glad you stopped by.

I’m sorry to hear your plans have changed. However, your ticket will be waiting for you to make a new reservation when you are ready!

To "change" a reservation, you must cancel the original reservation and then make a new one. Log in to your Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations, and find the reservation you wish to cancel. When you click the “Cancel Reservation” link, you’ll be given an option on which Guests to cancel that reservation for, if there are multiple Guests in this reservation.

Keep in mind you can make reservations up to 120 days in advance. Your ticket will remain linked to your account, so you don't need to make a new reservation right away. Tickets typically have a long shelf life - for instance, multi-day tickets purchased in 2022 are valid until early 2024. To confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, you can contact Ticket Services.

I hope this is helpful, Lynne. When you’re ready to get to the magic, it will be waiting for you.
