    How do I cancel my booking

    Hey Howdy Hey Amy and welcome to planDisney!

    I am so sorry to hear that you will need to cancel your reservations for later this year. Most of the modifications and cancelations of your reservations you will be able to do through your My Disney Experience account. Let's start there to get this process started. 

    When you log onto your My Disney Experience account, scroll to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. You should see some options for this reservation on the far right. One of them should be "Cancel Reservation". Click on that link and follow the prompts for this step. 

    In that same area, you also might have been given a phone number to call to cancel your reservation instead of having the ability to do this online. You can also call Disney directly at (407) 939-1936 and a Cast member will be able to help you through this process.
