Hey there, Sara, and a warm Florida welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you’re ready to make some changes to your
Walt Disney World Annual Pass, and I completely understand. Life has seasons, and sometimes the magic takes a little pause before it calls us back again!
While Annual Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable once purchased, if you’re on the monthly payment plan, you can continue your payments through the end of your pass and then simply choose not to renew when your term is up. No complicated process. Just let it naturally come to an end when it’s time.
Before you make that final call, though, I’ll say this as a fellow Floridian, having the parks just a short drive away is its own kind of magic. Sometimes those spontaneous “let’s go
watch fireworks” evenings or quick
EPCOT snack runs end up becoming some of the best memories. If you’re still in that Florida sunshine radius, it might be worth squeezing in one more visit before your pass officially expires!
If you’d like to confirm the details of your account or talk through your options, you can reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the
Annual Passholder line at Call at (407) WDW-PASS. They’re wonderful about helping you navigate all of this with care.
Whatever you decide, I hope you always keep a little piece of the magic close, even if that means just waving to Cinderella Castle from afar for a while.
See ya real soon,
Emille
