Florida Resident passholder with any question. If you are like me, you probably never imagined that you would be considering
cancellation of your annual passes, but circumstances make it an understandable decision for some guests right now.
You should have received a VIP link to manage your annual pass in an email from Disney Destinations. The link was repeated in another email in July with the subject line Passholders: We've Got Some Great News. (The main focus of that email was to announce additional availability for passholders in the
Disney Park Pass reservation system.)
If you can't find the VIP link that was sent to you, no worries! You can call V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at 407-939-7277 to take care of your cancellation. Please remember that cancellations will be accepted only through August 11, 2020.
If, like me, you take advantage of the monthly payment plan, you should have received a contract attached to the email that confirmed your initial purchase or renewal. When I renewed online in January, the email came from Walt Disney World Reservations and had a subject line that said Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation.
I hope that gives you some clues to search your email for your link and contract information, Nicolas. If you can't find it, I'm sure the cast members at V.I.Passholder Support will be able to assist you.
