    How to cancel annual pass?

Hey there, Dani! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for reaching out to us. I understand how important it is to understand your Annual Pass, so I'm here to help you as best as possible.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to use your Disney Annual Pass. According to the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions, once your pass is purchased, it's non-refundable and non-transferable. Also, if you're on the monthly payment program, you can't cancel your payments, as mentioned in the agreement you signed when you bought the pass.

I know this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but I'm here to help you make the most of your Annual Pass for the rest of the year. And remember, you can choose not to renew when your renewal date comes up.

If you want to learn more about the tremendous benefits you have access to, the V.I.PASSHOLDER page is the place to be. If you'd still like to talk about your situation with a Cast Member, you can always call the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support line; they'll be happy to help you. Don't hesitate to come back and ask us more questions anytime. We're always here to help a friend like you!
