    Can I cancel or amend my booking?

    Hello Laura, 

    Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with such an important question about your holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.  It's always an added delight for me as the current UK-based Panelist to have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow British Guest who like me, also visits the "House of Mouse" from across the other side of the pond!

    As a Mum to a larger than your average-sized family, I totally understand that sometimes life just happens, and even our most well-laid plans need to be altered to suit everyone's particular needs, and indeed budgets.

    With this in mind, I'm more than pleased to share that it's always possible to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully discuss making any possible amendments to your already made Walt Disney Travel Company holiday booking.  After any agreed amendments or adjustments are made, you can expect an updated invoice reflecting those changes in pricing and so on.

    It might be worth bearing in mind that charges may apply to any amendments made to an existing Walt Disney Travel Company holiday booking.

    Laura, I thought you'd also need to know that only the lead passenger named on the booking can discuss making changes to their reservation.  To connect with a Cast Member, go ahead and dial the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us webpage.

    If you did sadly wish to cancel your Walt Disney Travel Company holiday booking, this can only be actioned via email.  The named lead passenger on the booking needs to send an email notification of cancellation which quotes the holiday booking reference, and if at all possible, also a brief explanation of their reasons to cancel.
