Is there a Canadian Veteran discount for anything at Disney like the Memory Maker option for the US?

    Hi Ashley,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. As a fellow Canadian, I’d also like to thank you for your service!

Although there are some great discounts and Special Offers for members of the United States Armed Forces, from what I understand, those offers haven’t yet been extended to members of other armed forces, including Canada. If you do choose to purchase your Memory Maker option in advance (and I HIGHLY recommend doing so), you likely won’t be able to use any special offers for members of the military to get it at a reduced price.

That being said, I recently visited Walt Disney World Resort with a friend of mine who is still active duty Air Force, and she was able to enjoy some discounts on-site when she presented her military identification card. I’d recommend asking whether any promotions are available on site, at various retailers and other places where military discounts do apply… you never know what you might get!

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
