We got our Canadian residents tickets today! Yay! It's our 1st trip to Disney World. Can we pick up our tickets at the resort? Thank you!

    Hi Joeli,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian! I was seriously thrilled to see that the Special Offer for Canadian Residents for Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets was back again this year and I’m happy that you were able to take advantage of it.

From what I understand, the procedure for picking up (activating) your tickets will be the same as last year. This means that you’ll need to visit a ticket window or Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs in order to show them proof of Canadian residency, before being able to use your tickets. In past years, Guests unfortunately couldn’t activate them at their Disney Resort Hotel’s Lobby Concierge desk.

I hope my answer helps you plan a smooth start for your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any other “First Visit” questions or would like to ask us to share even more tips and trips to add even more Disney Magic to your vacation, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
