When do the Canadian Resident tickets actually expire?? The offer said 09/27 a CM told me months ago the same but the app says 09/28 and I can make fp+ for that day?? Which is it???

    Hi Glendon,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

I’m happy to hear that you were able to take advantage of the Special Offer for Canadian Residents that was available earlier this year. It really was a great deal, one I hope we’ll see again in the future. From what I understand, the Cast Member that helped you was absolutely right: those Theme Park Tickets must be used by September 27, 2019, which means that they won’t be valid on September 28th.

Based on my experience with my Walt Disney World Annual Pass, I’ve sometimes been able to make FastPass+ selections for the day following its expiry, even though I needed to buy a separate Theme Park Ticket in order to enter the Parks that day. I think that might be what’s happening here with your account, especially if you still have an additional day of admission left on your Ticket when you're making your selections for September 28th, but it’s hard for me to say with any certainty. If you want to double check one more time, you can always call Walt Disney World Resort, explain what you’re seeing when you log in to My Disney Experience, and they’ll be able to provide you with further guidance.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
