    We have Canadian resident passes that we will need to exchange for park tickets each day. We are going to Epcot our first day and we have a reservation at Garden Grill for 8:00am. Where do we go to exchange our tickets and will they be open before 8:00am?

    Isn’t the Canadian Multi-Day Ticket Offer simply magical!? In order to exchange your vouchers for tickets, you will have to head to the theme park ticket window or Guest Relations prior to first use with proof of residency. You need only do this once and then you are all set for the rest of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I would suggest visiting Guest Relations at Disney Springs the day before to exchange your vouchers if at all possible so you aren't rushing to your breakfast at The Garden Grill. If you can’t coordinate this, no sweat! The theme park window at Epcot should definitely be open. If you have trouble locating the windows at Epcot, just ask a friendly Cast Member to lead the way.
