We are Canadian and are driving to disney. We have purchased an annual pass but are not staying on property when we arrive. Where do we pick up our annual passes. If we go to a park prior to getting our passes, do we have to pay for parking.

    Hi Celeste,

Welcome to the Walt Disney World passholder family! You are going to love the ability to visit Walt Disney World frequently over the next year and to take advantage of all the amazing benefits and discounts that come with being a passholder.

To avoid paying a parking fee before you have your annual passes in hand, I would recommend that you visit Guest Services at the Disney Springs Welcome Center to pick them up. Parking is free at Disney Springs, and the Welcome Center is easily accessible in the Town Center.

Of course, I don't think any visit to Disney Springs is complete without a bite to eat. The Welcome Center is right next to a couple of great quick service spots: D-luxe Burgers and Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza. It's also just steps away from three delicious restaurants from celebrity chefs: Rick Bayless' Frontera Cocina, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' and Morimoto Asia. And guess what? Most of those restaurants offer a passholder discount!

Thanks for your question, Celeste. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way as you start your year of Disney fun. Enjoy!
