Hiya, Samantha. I'm curious:
are you the person that Olaf was talking to in Frozen 2? If so, I think you need to
visit him at Disney's Hollywood Studios to say hello.
At this time, International Guests, including our friends from Canada, are not eligible to pre-order
Disney Bands for a discount as part of their
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. However, you are welcome to pick up your next favorite band at one of the
merchandise locations when you arrive at the resort or one of the Disney Store locations at the terminals in the Orlando International Airport before you arrive. While it cannot be guaranteed, there
are times when certain styles of bands are discounted at the resort. For example, when I was there a few weeks ago, I was able to purchase a band themed to
Disney's Wish for a discount! Believe me when I tell you, I scooped that up real quick!
I see that you're visiting the resort in March of 2025...so that means you're a planner like me. While that may seem like a long way away, there are still things you can do to plan for your vacation. What advanced dining reservations are you going to make?
1900 Park Faire at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa recently re-opened after years of waiting. There are also brand-new restaurants like
Summer House on the Lake and
eet by Maneet Chauhan in
Disney Springs. Plus,
Disney's BoardWalk should be getting the
Cake Bake Shop Restaurant by Gwendolyn Rogers and also the
Disneyland Resort favorite
Blue Ribbon Corn Dog! Plus, there are a bunch of new attractions that will most likely be open when you're there like
Tiana's Bayou Adventure and the
Country Bear Musical Jamboree in
Magic Kingdom Park, and
"The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure" in
Disney's Hollywood Studios. And of course, there are
probably the offerings we don't yet know about that the
Walt Disney Imagineers have up their sleeves!
Samantha, happy planning and happy Disney dreaming! If you have any other questions,
I'm happy to answer them.
If you can visualize it, if you can dream it, there's some way to do it,
Matt
