    Being from Canada, international shipping can be costly. I would like to send a packing to a friend who lives in the United States. I am staying at Carribbean Beach Resort- is there a way to ship a package from there? Or somewhere else in Walt Disney World

    Jennifer, I have many friends from Canada and completely understand the cost of shipping across the borders. Your idea of bringing the item with you and shipping it from stateside definitely will save you some money.

    If you do not have a car the best way to get something shipped on property is to head to a resort that has a business center. The Yacht Club is likely the closest to the Caribbean Beach. Other possibilities will be the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, and Coronado Springs.  These business offices will assist you in getting a parcel shipped. It is not inexpensive of course but still likely easier then trying from home.  If you have a car at your disposal there is also a UPS store at the corner of Apopka Vineland and Wintergarden which is just outside of the Disney Springs area. There is a small shopping row on the southwest corner of the intersection. There is also a FedEx store just a bit further north on Apopka Vineland near the Winn Dixie store.

    If your package is ready to go you might be able to ship directly from your resort front desk. Definitely see if what you are hoping to get mailed falls into this category before making a long distance trek to a business center or off property.

    I know your friend will appreciate your kindness and persistence in getting something special mailed their way.
