I got a campsite now I have travel agent to go thur i want to do park package deal but she look in to it she said your company can’t do that only if they cancel my campsite, but I don’t want to do that I want to add tickets to my site

Hi Crystal, and welcome to planDisney!

I have said it before, but Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is a favorite for my family, and I and the campsites are on our radar for future visits. This is a perfect time to start planning your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You do have options when it comes to adding theme park tickets to your current reservation. As your travel agent has expressed, if you want to add the theme park tickets to your existing reservation, it may require you to cancel your current reservation to convert to a vacation package. This would not be a bad thing as long as availability exists. But I understand that you may be hesitant, especially if the current rate fits your budget.

If you desire to add theme park tickets, it may be easier for you to purchase the theme park tickets separately and then link them to your My Disney Experience account. Once they are linked, at some point, you will need to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Parks Pass Reservation System.

Please let us know if you have additional questions before your arrival; we are here to help.

    Have a magical time!
