Hello! Will be camping at Ft. Wilderness on my trip. Perhaps a silly question but, if I’m the only driver with kids in tow, how do I get to the golf cart rental location in order to drive it back to my campsite? Thank you.

As they say in the wilderness, "Howdy Lester!"

Thanks so much for moseying back to planDisney with another great, and definitely not a silly question about your upcoming stay at the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!  My family and I adore staying in the delightfully rustic Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  In fact, it's safe to say that we love everything about The Fort, from the peaceful atmosphere and natural setting to the abundance of Recreational activities and delicious Dining opportunities - it really does have something to offer for each and every cowpoke in your party!

I'm so happy to hEar you've already decided to include Golf Cart Rentals - 4 Seat to your zip-a-dee-doo-dah stay as a golf cart really will make traversing this large 750-acre Resort an absolute breeze for your dear family.  You will find the Golf Cart Rental location at the Outpost Depot (Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground Reception building), and it'll be so easy to travel there with your 3 Mouseketeers in tow by using the internal Fort Wilderness Resort Transportation

Each Campsite & Cabin loop has the convenience of having its own bus stop for internal buses to stop at.  And best of all, Disney Resort Transportation runs continuously throughout the day and evening hours usually starting 1 hour prior to scheduled Theme Park opening & ending around 1 hour past scheduled Theme Park closing times.

One of the best and most straightforward ways of navigating the whole of Walt Disney World Resort property can be found within My Disney Experience Mobile App.  Simply open your My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smart device and click View Map to open your personal GPS-enabled map.  It works just like Mickey magic!

And lastly, for your additional information, I thought you might find this Vehicles, Carts, and Recreational Devices Rules & Regulations PDF to be a really useful planning resource for your family's stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

Lester, if you should have any further questions about your stay at the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney to ask me another question - even if you think it's a silly one!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
