Hi Jamie!
My husband and I spend a lot of time at the great Fort Wilderness Campground Resort especially in the fall months. As you know it is such a peaceful location with so much to do right at the resort that you have push to get away to a park sometimes.
There are four
Site Varieties in the campground. The tent sites can accommodate up to two tents or a pop up camper. They will also accept the small van like campers but they can't take anything larger as the sites are only 10' by 25'. You must also leave some room at the end of your site for safety reasons from passing vehicles or guests on bikes.
Small, medium, and large campers are easily accommodated in all of the other loops. You can book a Preferred, Full Hook Up or Premium site if you have something larger. If you need to rent a larger RV there are several
RV Rental Companies that Disney works well with and they are listed on their Campground site.
Size limits are strictly to keep the larger vehicles off the smaller pads for safety reasons. If you have a tent you can even book a Premium site which is all concrete if that is what you wish as that will fit easily. The larger the vehicle the larger the site must be and the larger sites will run the most expensive.
Hope to see you at the Fort this fall. I have been working on my pumpkin patch decorations for this years Halloween decorations! Definitely bring the Halloween decor to share in the festivities!
