    when calling the WDW call center for upgrading or changing a reservation, is possible to speak with an italian speaking cast member? I'm from Italy and I'm afrain I'l not be able to understand everything well. Thank you

    Guests calling the Walt Disney World Resort Call Center in need of assistance in another language are connected to an interpreter that will help translate any questions or concerns you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort reservation. An Italian speaking interpreter will relay your requests to the Call Center Cast Member so you will have no problem making your changes. The Walt Disney World Resort Call Center Cast Members are able to assist all Guests regardless of their language.
