Hi there, Karen! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations. With your Walt Disney World Resort vacation set to start on Monday, we don't have a moment to lose, so we'd better get right to it!
Let's start with the simple fix. When I have issues with the website, I've found that changing browsers often helps (in fact, I had to do that while answering your question today!). You can also try switching from your computer to the browser on your phone.
Here's the link to the Disney Park Pass page on the Walt Disney World website so you can try some different options.
If you're getting to the page but can't make reservations, let's check these things:
-
Tickets. Before you can make theme park reservations, you'll need to have purchased your tickets. You can do that on the
"Tickets" page of the Walt Disney World website.
-
My Disney Experience. If you don't already have one, go ahead and
create a My Disney Experience account to manage your vacation plans.
-
Link your tickets. Once you buy your tickets, they must be
linked to your My Disney Experience account in order to make Disney Park Pass reservations.
Once everything is in place, you should be able to hop to the link above and follow the prompts to make your theme park reservations. If you're still having trouble, you'll probably need to speak to a Cast Member, but you don't have to wait on hold! Fire up the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen, then on the "Chat With Us" tile. You can type in your question and get a notification when a Cast Member replies. I've used the Chat feature a lot, and it's been a big help!
I hope this helps you get your plans back on track, Karen. Have a magical vacation, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
