    I have been calling for hours as I was disconnected during my planning of my next visit. I would like to make my payment but no one answers the phone and it’s not listed in my future plans.

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so very sorry to hear that you were disconnected during your planning call. I do have some tips that may help you avoid wait times and phone calls! Hooray! Online payments are so convenient, so let's go over how to locate this option in your account. This way you can spend your planning time creating magical itineraries and must-try snack lists for your big adventure, rather than waiting on hold!

    Online payments for current reservations can be processed through My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website. This option can be found through the My Plans link on the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This page should list your upcoming itinerary plans, including your Walt Disney World Resort hotel information. Below your resort hotel details will be your confirmation number, remaining balance, and a blue link labeled "Make a Payment". Select this link to complete your transaction in just a few easy steps. Your question references the Future Plans option, which can be found in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Payments towards a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package can only be made through the website or by phone. This is one of the few differences between the mobile app and the My Disney Experience web page. I do want to mention that if you booked your upcoming plans through a travel professional or agency you will need to contact them directly to make a payment. The remaining balance and payment option would not be listed in My Disney Experience in this situation. 

    Donna, if you were disconnected while booking your magical adventure, and payment was not applied before you were disconnected, you would need to contact a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to confirm that the reservation was secured. If you received a confirmation email with all the itinerary details, then you can proceed with online payments by using the above steps. If you have a confirmation number, but you are unable to see your reservation on your account, you can easily link your plans with your booking name and confirmation number.
