    I called the reservation hot line today to make an appointment at the Harmony Barber Shop for my 10 year old daughter. I can not see anything on line about my reservation. I've heard it is a first come , first serve shop. I am confused ! please Help !

    Hi Myriam!

    The Harmony Barber Shop is not connected to the online reservations system, so you will not see it under your resort reservation list.  It used to be first come, first serve only, but they have opened up reservation times.  This is great because when we took my son to get his first haircut, we waited over an hour!  They still allow drop-in's, but guests with reservation will be taken first.  You should have received a confirmation number when you made your reservation over the phone.  This is all you will need when you arrive at the shop.
