Hiya Judith - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your own magical
Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
I recently had the opportunity to visit Shades of Green for breakfast and was so impressed by this truly unique property. I can definitely understand why it is such a popular destination for our service members!
I can tell you from my own personal experience that reservations can become unlinked in My Disney Experience from time to time. Most recently, I had this experience with a reservation at the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel, but I've never had an issue with any Disney-owned-and-operated Resort. I know it's an inconvenience, but it should be an easy fix!
You can use your reservation confirmation number to link your Shades of Green reservation to your
My Disney Experience account online or by using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. In the app, simply tap on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner to view the menu, and then tap
Future Plans. If you don't see your Resort reservation listed, swipe down to the bottom, tap the
Link to Account button, and then
Link Hotel. You'll need your reservation's confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. If you have any trouble, you can always
call and speak to a Cast Member to assist you.
My sincere hope is that this doesn't happen to you again, but if it does, you may want to contact Shades of Green directly to get additional advice on how their reservations interface with My Disney Experience - I know they're a bit different than regular
Disney Resorts Collection properties.
Thanks for stopping by - if you have any other questions
please let us know!
