Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so excited for you to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort real soon, and I am honoured to be a part of your magical vacation. You have also picked an especially magical time to visit with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden blooming!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Resort hotel reservation! One of the things you can do to try and fix this issue would be to log into your My Disney Experience account on a different device or browser. Indeed, I usually try to log into my account and link my reservations to my account on my computer if my mobile app is not working, and vice versa. Otherwise, I also try using a different browser, such as Safari instead of Google Chrome, which usually helps. However, if these common troubleshooting techniques do not help, the best solution would be to reach back out to a Cast Member. I love using the chat feature online as you do not have to stay on hold on the phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I am optimistic that they will be able to help!

Once your reservations are successfully linked to your account, make sure to make your theme park reservations to enjoy all the unique offerings that are only available during the World's Most Magical Celebration! At Magic Kingdom Park, I highly recommend stopping by the Cinderella Castle to watch Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire or grab a spot and watch the 50th-anniversary cavalcade go down the street. If parades are your favourites, you must watch the newly returned Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. Then, finish the day by catching one of the new nighttime spectaculars. Although they have only been at the parks since October, Disney Enchantment and Harmonious, at Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT, respectively, have already become some of my favourites. And did I mention 50th-anniversary Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars?
