    I called Disney to add dining plan and told them that I called earlier and told me to call back in March for a better discount. I called and the woman told me that my time wasn't up til March 23rd for a "code" and just keep calling? What does th

    I can't say for sure, Tessa, but it sounds to me as though the window within which you can make changes to your vacation package closes on March 23rd.  After that date, there would likely be a fee for any changes you choose to make.  I would recommend that you keep a close eye on the Walt Disney World Special Offers page for any discounts or promotions that would save you money.  If something comes up, do call and ask that the code be applied to your package.  Like I said, though, that is just my best guess as to what the agent you spoke with was referring to.  It might not be a bad idea to call back and double check.  Good luck, Tessa.  I hope you find the savings you're looking for!
