I called Coronado Springs resort today at was told that guest rooms have 2 queen size beds. Can anyone verify that since the website says double beds. Also, they said that the rooms open to an indoor hallway, like Animal Kingdom lodge, and not outside?

Hmm.  That's puzzling indeed.  I stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in December of last year and I can assure you that my room featured two double beds, not queens.  I was given a standard resort room, though there are rooms at Coronado Springs that have one king bed.  As for the indoor hallways, I'm afraid the Cast Member you spoke with was mistaken.  The hallways are covered, but they are not indoors.

Coronado Springs does feature some nice amenities though.  Standard rooms have robes available for use while you are a guest there.  There is also a health club (exercise facility) on site whereas the other moderates do not offer the same.  Spa services are available at the health club.  There is also a salon that offers a variety of services.  I'm afraid there are not queen beds or indoor hallways though.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
