    I called to get a balance on a disney gift card and it said it was not activated. how do I activate it or see what the blance is on the card?

    I understand you're trying to get information on your Disney Gift Card. As someone who loves Disney Gift Cards, I'm glad you reached out! To check your Disney Gift Card balance, visit the Disney Gift Card website. Enter the 16-digit number on the back of your card along with the EAN/security code or PIN. If you see a balance displayed, your card is active, even if you previously received an error message.

    If you don’t see a balance and you’re still encountering an error, I recommend locating your original receipt and returning to the retail store where the card was purchased. The store can help you get your card activated.

    I love using Disney Gift Cards because they're a perfect way to stay on budget. You can set a specific limit for what you want to buy.
