    Hi, Is there a will call window at Disney springs where we can exchange our etickets? Thank you John

    Hello John,

    There is a Guest Relations lobby at the Disney Springs Welcome Center where you can exchange your tickets.  All Guest Relations locations are open during the normal operating hours for its park or area.  Disney Springs is typically open from 10:00am until the clock strikes midnight.
