If the
My Disney Experience App is giving you some trouble, you can link your tickets using
The Walt Disney World Resort Website. On the "
Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page, you'll hit the "select" button under "Tickets." If you're not already logged into your My Disney Experience Account, you'll be prompted to do so. You'll then enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID into the box and then press "Next." You'll be asked to assign each ticket to a particular Guest who will use that ticket for its entire duration.
Janice, this process should be as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, but if you find that technology is still out of magic, you can always reach out to a Cast Member directly at the
Existing Tickets Line. They'll have their wands at the ready to get your tickets linked faster than you can say "pixie dust."
Since you've already downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App, I find that it can be worthwhile checking out all of the cool features ahead of your stay.
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is one of my favorite tools. This handy feature allows you to order your food right from your trusted mobile device. With the press of a button (or maybe a few), you'll be able to skip the line at many Quick Service dining locations and just grab your food once it's prepared!
