Hi, I have a will call ticket that has 13 passes on it. Do you know how I can link it to my disney experience as it says you can only add up to 10 people. Many Thanks

    Hi ya Donna!

The rest of us here, at Mickey’s Clubhouse, would like to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are filled with chEARs and excitement to be hEARing from you today!

I did check my personal, My Disney Experience account, and I actually have 11 Family & Friends connected to me right now. I was also able to add more people to that list, by sending them a “request to connect”! I do know that another Clubhouse member, Anne Marie, has also confirmed that you are able to enter more than 10 MagicBand ID numbers. The handy Mouseke-Trick here is, you can only do 10 at a time. Once the first 10 have been added, you may go back in and add the additional members of your party, so that all 13 can be listed under your account.

Once your Family & Friends are connected and listed, on your My Disney Experience account, you should be good to go! Don’t forget to make your parks reservations using the newly added, Disney Park Pass system. After you’ve completed that, then comes my favorite part, packing! If you’re anything like me, I love to pack and prepare all of my “must-haves” weeks before my Magical journey to Walt Disney World Resort. It helps build the excitement! Be sure to save room for souvenirs!

Donna, I hope this helps you when it comes to managing your account and plans. If you have any trouble linking your MagicBands or admission cards, you can always ask Toodles!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
