Hiya, Maria! Welcome to planDisney!
As a fellow Canadian, I love having a trip down to
Walt Disney World Resort planned. Especially during the colder months! It makes getting out of those frigid temperatures and down to sunny Florida that much sweeter. Even when it gets cold in Florida, it’s never as cold as it is here!
Let’s get to the heart of your question, Maria. If you previously purchased Will Call tickets that have not expired, you may still be able to use those tickets when you visit. You will have to visit
Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or
Disney Springs, and a Cast Member will be happy to confirm this with you.
If you have older tickets, you may still be able to use them, as Walt Disney World Resort continues to
honor unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days. If you have date-based tickets, you may be able to change the start date of your tickets as well. Note that if you have purchased
Canadian Resident tickets, you will have to show proof of Canada residency when you pick up your tickets at Guest Relations.
Maria, I recommend that you
contact Walt Disney World Resort directly ahead of your planned visit. A Cast Member will be happy to gather your details and give you the most accurate information based on your specific situation. That way, you can be well prepared for your visit!
If you plan on arriving early for your first visit to the parks to take advantage of those typically quieter early morning hours, I suggest heading to Guest Relations the day before your first park day. When I need to visit Guest Relations, I will usually go to the Disney Springs location on my arrival day. This ensures that I’m all set for my first park day!
I hope this helps, Maria. As you continue to plan your visit, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at

Stay warm!
