    How does the Will Call Ticket Option work? Can you send one person from your party to pick up your physical tickets? Do you need everyone from your party to be there with you to pick up your tickets? Is there a fingerprint scanning to pick up your tickets?

    Hi, Madeline! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for coming to see us with your question. It's always a pleasure to chat with a fellow Floridian!

    So, let's get to work on getting those Walt Disney World tickets! If you order your tickets online, you can opt to pick them up at one of the Guest Relations locations at the Theme Park entrances or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. If all of the adults in your party will be using Florida Resident tickets, then each of them will need to be present and show proof of Florida residency in order to activate and use the tickets. Currently, Disney isn't using the finger scan technology as the phased reopening of the Theme Parks and Resort hotels continues.

    And don't forget that you'll need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for each Guest before heading out to the Theme Parks. If you've already bought your tickets, you can make your reservations even before picking them up! Your date of May 9 looks great right now on the Theme Park Availability Calendar, so I'd jump in and make those Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as you can!
