    Can you call for a Minnie van from Saratoga Springs? I will be staying there in April 2018 and have a breakfast reservation @ 8:30am at the Grand Floridian.

    Hi there Kayla! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!!

    I am absolutely in love with this new mode of transportation in the Walt Disney World Resort. I had the pleasure of riding in one of the adorable Minnie Vans several weeks ago. Currently, the Minnie Van service is still in a pilot phase. As of today, it is only available to guests staying at Deluxe Resort Hotels. I would suggest that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for further updates. You can also ask a Cast Member when you arrive at your resort for the latest information. If the service has been expanded to your resort, a Cast Member will need to give you access to request the service using the Lyft app.
