    Is there a way to have a call from Mickey to announce our trip

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Wendy! Getting ready for your magical vacation is a time filled with excitement and suspense! Getting a call from the Mouse himself is a great way start the fun, and break the news to your kids if they don’t know yet!

    Unfortunately, the character call program was discontinued, but there is still a way to get BUNCH of calls from Mickey! I was able to gift my family the Countdown to Fun Vacation Surprise package (retails for about $99) containing 6 sealed boxes and a secret envelope that will let your kids scavenger hunt around the house. The six shirt-size boxes actually contain themed souvenirs you can use NOW to get the fun started and use them during your trip, as well! My son adored the pin trading pack, and my husband was actually a fan of the star wars card set. My personal favorite aspect was the secret phone number and code inside each of the six boxes with special messages from Mickey! I highly recommend the set - it’s a huge value in terms of souvenirs and fun!
