Hi, Amanda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You have made the first step towards your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! By purchasing your Disney Theme Park tickets before arrival, you are that much closer to the magic! As I am not certain what type of Disney Theme Park tickets you purchased, or the method in which it was done, I will try my best to answer your question.
If you purchased regular Disney Theme Park tickets through your My Disney Experience account and have an active MagicBand, you can always make sure that the
MagicBand is active and assign it to your ticket online. If you have difficulty in doing so, you can contact the
My Disney Experience number for assistance.
If you require a card-type ticket, then you will have to either present yourself to
Guest Relations at any Disney Resort hotel, at any Disney Theme Park entrance, or at Disney Springs. If you happen to arrive the day before your first “Disney Theme Park day”, I Suggest presenting yourself with valid identification at your Disney Resort hotel or at Disney Springs to collect your tickets to avoid delay on your first day of fun!
At this time, Disney Theme Park tickets that have been purchased online cannot be picked up at your local Disney Store, although this is subject to change and if you happen to be picking-up pre-departure items, I suggest asking them just in case!
I hope my answer has added a touch of Pixie Dust to your vacation and that you come and visit us again soon!
