Who do I call to help me link my SwanAndDolphin reservation to my disney experience app?

Happy holidays Heidi, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh my garland! You must be so excited that your very merry vacation is just around the corner. December is my favorite time of year in Walt Disney World. Get ready to experience all kinds of seasonal treats, decorations, and entertainment

My family and I have stayed at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and Walt Disney World Swan Hotel several times. As teachers, my husband and I love to take advantage of special rates sometimes available to educators, and you can't beat the location, just steps away from EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios

You can link a stay here to your My Disney Experience account, using the reservation number you received in your confirmation e-mail. Usually, it takes about 72 hours for the reservation to show up in the Disney system, but if you're well beyond that timeline and still having trouble, I recommend giving it just one more try in case things are moving a bit more slowly these days as many Guests are excited to visit during the holiday season. Also, make sure the last name on the reservation matches the one in your My Disney Experience account. If you continue to run into problems, give the resort a call directly at (407) 934-4000 or 1-888-828-8850 and a representative should be able to assist you.

I hope this is helpful, and you get everything squared away quickly, Heidi. Thanks for sending your question our way, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!

    Have a jolly hollyday,
    Betsy

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
