I’m so excited for your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth this September. There are many aspects to consider for international Guests like yourself, and I’m glad you’ve entrusted us to help you plan an unforgettable vacation to the Disneyland Resort.
Disneyland Resort operates in the Pacific Time Zone so when
calling customer service with the (714) area code, you’ll need to factor this time difference in. If you’re not able to reach customer service, either due to heavy call volume or difference in time zones, I have found the email and chat features to be quite convenient. At times on the
Disneyland Resort website, there will be a pop-up on the lower right corner asking if you would like to chat live with a Cast Member. When available, this is a great way to have your questions answered. If it’s not super urgent, you can
email your question and usually you will receive a reply within 24 hours (just speaking from my own experience).
