    Who can we call about this as we were completely unaware when purchasing the tickets that reservations were required.

    I see that you are planning a Disneyland Resort vacation. You have taken the first step by purchasing Disneyland Resort tickets. The Theme Park Reservation System was implemented when the Disneyland Resort re-opened after the pandemic closure. 

    There are many phone numbers that Guests can talk to a Cast Member about questions they have concerning their Disneyland Resort vacation. The Disneyland Resort phone number for ticket questions is (714) 781-4636. For future trips, you will need a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation for each day of your tickets.
