Disney Signature Services. They're available over the phone, or you can contact them through e-mail if that works better for you. They can answer any questions you have about concierge services and also help you plan vacation enhancements to make your stay even more magical.
To answer your second question, physical maps are no longer mailed out, but you can access everything you need conveniently online! The
My Disney Experience app has an interactive map that shows all four Theme Parks as well as every
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, and you can zoom in to each area to find what you're looking for. There are also drop-down menus, so you can find all the
attractions,
character experiences,
dining locations,
Disney PhotoPass locations, and more! Once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, each Theme Park does have physical maps that you can pick up as you enter if you want to use them or take them home as souvenirs.
