Walt Disney World website. Guests can create and build their own vacation package, adding lodging, tickets, dining, and more. I've noticed that a Chat window pops up often as I navigate the website, with a Cast Member offering assistance if needed. (Note: the Chat feature has limited hours, and is not always available. It can also be reached through the
