Hiya Gloria!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR!
Oh Boy! I'm so excited that your family is going to be able to visit Mickey and all of his pals this summer with this wonderful
California Resident promotional ticket! I can tell that you've read the rules very carefully. While all of your adult Guests must have a non-expired, state-issued ID reflecting their current California address, children are on the honor system and can skip this step. But Mickey and the turnstile Cast Members appreciate your honesty and clarity seeking! (I'd rather ask and not need it than not ask and need it!)
Since you're visiting with your own Mouseketeer, be sure to check out the
attraction guide and height requirements ahead of your visit so you'll know what your little can and cannot experience with your group. (There are also measuring panels outside of each attraction with a height requirement to double-check the day of.) There's even a convenient
Rider Switch Service so all of the big kids in your crew can experience the attractions if someone else can't (or won't!) do.
Bonus Tip: A new step in visiting the parks post-pandemic is that each Guest must also have a
Park Pass Reservation for each of their Disney days in addition to their
Theme Park Admission Ticket.
I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up, Gloria! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. We even just launched the brand new
planDisney Panel Podcast! Thank you again so much for stopping by, and if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
