    Does the California Grille still offer seating at the bar stools at the kitchen windows? If so, how would I request a seat?

    Hi there John,

    Dining high atop DIsney's Contemporary Resort at the California Grill truly takes "Dining with a View" to new heights, and because of the spectacular, and unparalleled views of the Magic Kingdom as well as the open-air kitchen, snagging a coveted front-row lounge seat can be a bit tricky.

    Lounge and bar seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. In order to sit at the bar or lounge tables, you will need to first check in a the 2nd floor podium to ensure there is availability.

    California Grill is prime real estate, especially in the time just before, during, and after the Magic Kingdom's fireworks display, so I definitely recommend avoiding these times and either arriving well before or after the scheduled fireworks times.
