    Does the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort have a good view of the fireworks and wishes at MK or would it be better to actually be in the park to view them?

    Hi Anna,

    Yes!  In fact, the California Grille has one of THE best views of Wishes in my opinion.  The restaurant is located at the top of the Contemporary Hotel, and has a birds' eye view of Cinderella Castle.  If you do not have a window table, you are welcome to view the show from a lovely balcony outside the restaurant.  The music from the performance is piped into the restaurant and onto the balcony, so you will be able to experience the show the way it is meant to be seen!  My oldest son was intimidated by large crowds and frightened by the "popping" sounds that fireworks make when he was a younger.  Watching the show after a fantastic dinner at California Grille was an unbelievable treat for my entire family.
